Girl Number Thirteen

I love that the premise of this book is that a young woman with no connections moves to New York and is looking for some kind of fast way to make a living. Seriously, not enough horror novels hit on the nerve wrecking qualities of being young and in the city! Add in an undesirable workplace that seems to be haunted and then it becomes an irresistible novella to put down! This was a delightful alternative to anyone who wants something that is a darker supernatural terror alternative to the stories of the young woman in her 20s moving to a large city and eventually finding the love of her life. I loved every minute of this book!
