Kamala Harris's memoir about running for president is phenomenal. I did this one as an audiobook, which is worth it as she does the narration herself. She tells her story with both candor and grace! I feel like listening to her story provided excellent model of leadership. It is hard not to grieve that she is not our president. Yet hearing about how she remained resilient during the campaign was a powerful testimony. We all know the ending to this story by now and grieve as she did. But her insistence that she still wants to serve the people of the United States uplifts a sense of hope amid the turmoil. This makes for a real inspiration for our troubled nation!
