Eater of the Gods

Eater of the Gods is a supernatural thriller with Indiana Jones vibes. The story takes place on an archeological dig in Egypt. The characters in the story are wickedly smart.  I loved the reference to Coleridge's Kubla Kahn and what the characters were able to decipher from hieroglyphics. This novella creeped me out with vivid descriptions that utilizes body horror accompanied with a supernatural mystery.  Eater of the Gods was a fast and fun read!
