Bride of the Haunted Manor

I love gothic romance and I love ghost stories so I really enjoyed that Bride of the Haunted Manor  wedded these elements together in the plot. The romance was dark and spicy, which I enjoyed. My biggest beef was that a lot of characters felt flat and the dialogue felt like a stylized cliche. But its charm was that read like a bit of a throwback to paperback gothics, so these features may have been intentional. With a love of dark romance and horror fiction I loved the macabre twist on the happy ever after. It was exactly what I was in the mood for and the kind of book I love finding on Kindle Unlimited.
